Goals

  The congress shall concentrate on endometriosis from the following perspectives::
Pathology & Etiology, Medical Diagnosis & Treatments, Surgical Treatments, Environmental Factors and Quality of Life in Patients with Endometriosis.

1. Examining the causes of endometriosis & resulted changes in terms of immunology, genetics & endocrinology
2. Assessing medical diagnostic & treatment methods
3. Evaluating the surgical treatments in patients with endometriosis
4. Exploring endometriosis consequences including infertility
5. Investigating the connection of endometriosis and environmental factors
6. Examining the quality of life in patients with endometriosis


  Expected Results:
1. Providing scientific cooperation to eliminate or reduce related consequences of endometriosis
2. Training gynecologists in order to promote their scientific knowledge concerning endometriosis
3. Considering & recognizing endometriosis status in the world & Iran
4. Introducing the latest scientific achievements on endometriosis
5. Building motivation in medical researchers to do study on endometriosis
6. Familiarizing the authorities in the Ministry of Health to constitute a center for tracing the essential needs of patients
